Establishment and scaling of the policy monitoring mechanism developed at EKT regarding specialized human resources
The research project investigated the qualitative dimensions of the Action “Acquisition of Academic Teaching Experience for New PhD Holders” through the conduct of 40 semi-structured interviews. The interviews were carried out with beneficiary early-career scholars, representatives of trade union bodies of young researchers, and faculty members of the host universities.
