Σπουδάζει Αρχιτεκτονική στο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας στον Βόλο. Στο πλαίσιο της δίμηνης πρακτικής άσκησης στο Εθνικό Κέντρο Κοινωνικών Ερευνών (ΕΚΚΕ), μελέτησε την Τρούμπα του Πειραιά, αναδεικνύοντας τον κοινωνικό ρόλο των μορφών της ψυχαγωγίας και τη συμβολή τους στη διαμόρφωση του αστικού τοπίου. Τα ερευνητικά της ενδιαφέροντα επικεντρώνονται στην άνθιση του ρεμπέτικου και τη σχέση του με τη σεξεργασία στον Πειραιά, με έμφαση στη χωρική τους διάσταση μέσα στον αστικό ιστό.

Caterina Basso
Πρακτική άσκηση (09/24 – 02/25) και Erasmus+ Mobility for Traineeship (05/2025-08/2025)
Caterina is currently a PhD candidate in Urban Studies (URBEUR) at the University of Milano-Bicocca. Graduate from the Department of Political and Social Sciences at the University of Bologna at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, with a specialization in Global and Local Development. Her work explores the intersections between housing, tourism, and mobilities in Southern European cities. Her interest in these issues originates from research conducted in Athens, where she examined urban transformations and socio-spatial dynamics in one of the city’s central neighborhoods.

Alix de Rugy
Πρακτική άσκηση (05/2025-07/2025)
Master’s student (M1) in Migration at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS), in partnership with the Institut Convergence Migration (ICM). Alix works on issues related to housing, social mix, and spatial segregation. Through this Master’s program, she have studied access to housing for vulnerable populations, with a particular focus on migrant populations.
